Local pick up is available at Studio 23 for Richmond orders with code localsonly - your order will be available at Studio 23 when you receive an email that your order has shipped. It is essential you include your email when placing an order for local pick up

Please allow 1-3 weeks for your order to be fulfilled and mailed. Some products take longer to fill than others and they’re all packed by hand by us! Tee shirts tend to take the longest to ship since they are made to order to reduce waste.

If your package says “pre-shipment” it’s on it’s way to the post office to be scanned in! If your package hasn’t had an update in a couple of days please stay patient, sometimes USPS falls behind in scanning packages. Just because there hasn’t been a change on the shipping page for a couple of days doesn't mean it has stopped moving.

If you notice your package hasn’t updated in days please do these tasks before contacting us. Most of the times these two steps you can take tend to resolve the problem without needing help from us! First, sign up for email and/or text updates for all movement on the package. You can sign up for these alerts right on your tracking page. After doing that, wait a couple of days. If there is still no movement either contact your local post office with your tracking number or enter your tracking info on the USPS “report a missing package” page. Only after completing these steps and 10 days of no updates on tracking should you contact us. Very few packages actually get lost by USPS, delays are very normal, and we have faith the package will come! But there are exceptions and we will work to make it right! Lost packages are dealt with by a case by case basis (some things can’t be replaced, etc.) so please reach out with your order number after exhausting the USPS resources.

Sometimes USPS marks a package as delivered before it’s actually been delivered. It normally is actually delivered within a couple of days. If more than a few days pass and still no package please contact your local post office and alert them to the error. Have your tracking number handy for them, which you should be able to get from your automatic shipping confirmation email. Unfortunately once a package is marked as delivered we cannot replace a lost package as there is no way to verify it is indeed lost if USPS says it’s been delivered. Please consider checking with neighbors and always double check your address was entered correctly before placing your order.

Welp. No, unfortunately we will have to wait until your package is returned to us to be able to forward it to the correct address. If it is marked as delivered you will have to contact that neighbor, we cannot replace packages marked as delivered. We highly recommend double checking how you entered your address (including email address) before placing your order and if you notice an error after placing the order contact us as soon as possible.

If it’s an object that can be replaced, we will! If it’s an object that is one of a kind, it was damaged by USPS, and priority shipping was purchased USPS will refund you. Contact us either way.

Yes! As long as you contact us within 14 days of receiving your package and it is unworn, once we receive the shirt back we will send you a replacement size. Possible exception to limited run tees.

Unless otherwise noted my shirts are printed on Gildan unisex tees. Product descriptions will tell you what size the model is wearing and what they normally wear! They run true to size and unisex. We carry sizes S - 4XL.
